In IELTS the scoring band is from 1 to 9 but, in PTE, the scores are between 10 and 90.Results of PTE can be obtained in 5 working days as against IELTS which declares it in 2 weeks.IELTS test can be taken on any of the 48 pre fixed dates at more than 900 centers spread over 130 countries.PTE tests can be taken on any date of the year, depending on the availability from over 50 centers all over the world and 15 in India.
